Our Original Biltong is the classic done properly — bold, savoury and packed with rich beef flavour, balanced with coriander, black pepper, garlic and onion for a traditional South African-inspired finish.

Made with 100% pasture-fed and finished British beef sourced from regenerative farms, this is proper biltong crafted from simple ingredients and rooted in farming systems that support healthier soils, better grazing and a more natural way of producing food.

High in protein, sugar free and full of real flavour, it is a naturally satisfying, gluten free, low carb snack made for people who care about both taste and sourcing.
