Yes – we make all of our biltong right here in the UK, using local beef and traditional South African methods. It’s a proper blend of British sourcing and South African heritage.

Our beef is sourced from small, family-run regenerative farms in Devon and is not halal or kosher.

We use a small amount of potassium sorbate to ensure food safety and extend shelf life. It’s a commonly used preservative that helps prevent mould – especially important in air-dried meat products – but we use it sparingly.

Yes – our biltong is 100% gluten-free, with no wheat-based fillers or flavourings.
