Biltong is air-dried, spiced beef (not cooked). It’s typically thicker-cut, with a savoury, lightly tangy flavour from vinegar, coriander and black pepper. Jerky is usually heat-dried, thinner, and often sweeter.

Start with our One of Everything Box. It includes one of each flavour and product, so you can sample the full range and find your favourites.

We only use 100% pasture-fed beef from regenerative farms in Devon, never imported or grain-finished meat. Our biltong is made in small batches with no added sugar, no MSG, and minimal preservatives – just real food with real flavour.

Yes! Biltong is naturally high in protein, low in carbs, and free from refined sugars. It’s a great choice for anyone following keto, paleo, or low-carb diets, or anyone just looking for a clean, satisfying snack.

Regenerative farming is farming that gives back. It helps restore soil health, grow richer pasture, support wildlife and raise cattle in a more natural way — creating better beef from healthier land.

Better – it’s pasture-fed and finished, meaning our cattle graze naturally on grass, herbs, and legumes for their entire lives. This supports healthier animals, tastier beef, and regenerative farming that helps restore the land.

Yes – our biltong is 100% gluten-free, with no wheat-based fillers or flavourings.

Our beef is sourced from small, family-run regenerative farms in Devon and is not halal or kosher.

Yes – we make all of our biltong right here in the UK, using local beef and traditional South African methods. It’s a proper blend of British sourcing and South African heritage.
