Thanks so much for your support (and patience)! After our appearance on The Hairy Bikers, we’ve had a big wave of orders. As a small-batch producer, that can mean a short wait — up to around two weeks — while we make the next batch fresh for you.

All biltong is given a 4 week shelf life from package date. Our biltong is made to be eaten, not stored for long periods of time due to lack of preservatives. When ordering more than one bag of biltong, use by dates may vary.
