Every pack is made with 100% pasture-fed British beef from farms meeting Farm Wilder's standards, audited by Farm Wilder every two years against standards developed with FWAG South West.

Stumbled upon their Garlic & Black Pepper Biltong in a deli. Hadn’t heard of the brand before but as a South African I needed to give it a try and see if it was any good.

After I had eaten it I couldn’t believe how tasty it was and it felt as though I was back home for just a moment! Will definitely be buying more if I see it around in the future!
