What is biltong?

The iconic South-African snack you want in your life! Our biltong is made using only the highest quality, regeneratively farmed beef that Devon has to offer. The cuts of silverside are marinaded, spiced and air-dried for 5 days, ensuring the most tender and delicious pieces of biltong.

Is biltong healthy?

This delightful snack is not only a protein powerhouse but also a rich source of iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. And with its low-fat content, it's a perfect choice for weight-conscious individuals aiming to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Gluten Free?

Our biltong is completely gluten free and keto friendly.

Where does your beef come from?

Our beef is the driving force behind the business. It's the reason we do what we do. As a Devon based company it is very important to us to support local farmers. But that wasn't enough. We source all our beef exclusively from small, family-run regenerative farms here in Devon. Not only does this help support the local economy, but these farmers are also playing a crucial role in helping to curb climate change.

What is regenerative farming?

Regenerative farming is an agricultural revolution that restores and revitalizes the land. It involves techniques like crop rotation, cover cropping, and integrating animals to enhance soil health and biodiversity. This farming approach fights climate change by storing carbon and benefits both the environment and farmers. It's a celebration of harmony between humans and nature, creating a sustainable and thriving future.

That means, no fertilisers, no hormones and no land wasted on growing feed for animals.
